Processing time

Processing time varies from piece to piece. Look for each pieces processing time on my instagram or in the description of the listing on my website. Ready to ship items if ordered the day of the drop are usually shipped within 1-2 days. Made to order items can range in processing time. Always check the processing time before purchase, leave the date you need your items by in the order notes and DM or email me with any questions or concerns regarding your deadline.

Returns Refunds and repairs

I do not offer refunds or exchanges. It is very important to check my size chart and take your measurements carefully and correctly before placing your order. I offer free repairs and minor size adjustments as long as you pay for shipping. Email me at discoflowco@gmail.com

Collabs and Promos

I do not do collaborations with influencers or have an ambassador program. If you are an artist who would like to collaborate with me head over to my contact page to fill out a collaboration application form!

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available at checkout through PayPal Pay Later. This feature breaks your payment down into 4 installments or monthly payments.

Lost/Stolen/damaged Packages

All packages are insured by Shippo. When your order ships tracking will be sent via email. If your order is stolen, lost or damaged in the mail contact ship through that email for a refund.

Washing and drying

Most products from my shop should be hand washed, all should be washed with cool water and hung or laid flat to dry. Wash tie dye separate from other clothes as some dye may run the first few washes. Tinkerbelts should be soaked for no more than 5 minutes. Do not iron spandex for sparkle fabrics they will melt. Iron plant based or jersey fabrics on low. Iron over painted pockets with parchment paper on low. Fur products can be blow dried to fluff up. The washer and dryer could damage your art don't put it in there!
